Shipping Policy

United Organic Foods delivers orders across Pakistan through trusted courier partners. Delivery time depends on your city and location. Once your order is confirmed, we keep you informed about its status until it reaches you.

All orders are shipped on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 3 days of delivery only under the following conditions:

  • The item is unopened and unused

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The product was damaged during delivery

Food items that are opened or partially used cannot be returned unless they are damaged or incorrect.

Return Process

To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide photo or video proof if required. Our team will guide you through the return process.
